"I have the best job in the world because I help the world communicate, but that also means that my mind (and sometimes my body) are moving 24 hours a day," says Carolyn. How she powers up for it all: Exercises two to three hours per day (yoga, running, rowing, and weight training), and maintains a vegan diet full of legumes, fruits, nuts, seeds, kale, and arugula. Her aha moment: "When I graduated college in 1988, I was about 30 to 40 pounds overweight for my height. I was tired, easily irritated, and not comfortable in my own skin.
